Medical-grade PCL/HA (40%) composite 3D printing filament is formulated with high-purity medical-grade polycaprolactone as the matrix and uniformly incorporates 40 wt% hydroxyapatite (HA). Specifically designed for FDM additive manufacturing, the product combines the flexibility of PCL with the osteoconductive activity of HA, offering excellent biocompatibility and safe, metabolizable degradation products.
