●mPEG-PCL Product Description
The PCL segment has a relatively long degradation period, typically ranging from several months to more than one year, providing long-lasting mechanical support and controllable drug release behavior. By adjusting the block ratio and molecular weight of mPEG and PCL, the hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance, self-assembly behavior, and degradation rate of the copolymer can be precisely controlled to meet the requirements of different applications.
mPEG-PCL has good biocompatibility and excellent design flexibility. It has broad application prospects in long-acting drug delivery carriers, postoperative anti-adhesion barriers, tissue engineering scaffolds, and aesthetic medicine and medical applications such as dermal fillers.
The molecular weight distribution of the product is ≤2.0. Customized molecular weights and viscosities are available according to customer requirements.
